We are now arranging the second Elroy Bike Meet, June 6, 7 & 8 and whether you are a returning vendor or a new,
we ask you to fill in the form below. What we are trying to do is not just another bike meet with poker runs etc.
We are aiming to a crowd over the whole spectra.
For 2008 we have invited dealers representing BMW, Honda, Harley-Davidson, Victory, Suzuki, Yamaha,
Kawasaki, Triumph and Can Am Spyder.
As we want everyone to have a good business, we have moved the Train, the spectacular scenic ride till Sunday morning.
We have also added one more band; The Whiskey River Country. They will play Saturday between 12 (noon) - 4 pm.
Also added a motorcycle show to take place the same day. The event starts Friday at 3 pm for visitors.
The vendors are asked to check in by 1 pm. There will be no doubles of food items.
Live bands at 7 pm, both Friday and Saturday evening and between noon and 4 pm on Saturday.
The general public will have free entree Saturday between Noon and 3 pm

Last year we had bikers from at least five states. This will be a GREAT place to move stuff on!
The event takes place at Elroy Fairgrounds along Hwy 80/82 FREE ELECTRICITY

All vendors pay a “Show-Up” fee of $75 at your booking. Make the check out to ACTION COMMITTEE
Then, the retail vendors’ fee is 10% of your total sales. Food vendors pay 15% of their total sales.
The “Show-Up” fee will be deducted from your total sales fee at end.

Example:
You pay the Show-Up fee in advance $75 (when you send in your application below) and then you sell for 2000 dollars as a retailer.
10% of $2000 is $200 which is your fee - $75 paid in advance.
You pay $125 before you leave the bike meet. You sell for less, you pay less.
